Tuesday to Saturday from 9am - 9pm
Monday from 9am - 5pm
Sunday - closed.

Spa Etiquette

In order for you to relax and feel comfortable at the spa, we have provided you with some information to make this possible.

Attire

You will be given a locker, sandals and a luxurious and comfortable robe to wear for and between treatments. Please disrobe to the level of your comfort in order to enjoy your service / treatment. Our therapists are fully trained in proper draping procedures to ensure your privacy and comfort.

Appointments

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to check in and change. Arriving late will deprive you of precious treatment time, as your appointment will end as scheduled so the next guest is not delayed.

Considerations

Thank you for turning off all electronic devices and leaving them in the designated locker if you have one. In order to maintain a relaxing environment, we invite you to make arrangements for your children before you arrive so that you and the other guests may enjoy your spa experience. You may want to leave your jewelry at home, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice for canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Gratuity

In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
Gift Certificates do not include gratuities unless specified.

Health Considerations

Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of personalized service. In order to ensure your comfort and health during a service/treatment, please inform us while scheduling your appointment if you have any special health considerations such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, diabetes, allergies, heart conditions, recent surgery or injuries.

Home Maintenance

Please take a few moments following your spa experience to browse and enjoy our unique and exotic selection of products, jewelry, which include our organic and luxurious skin and body care products and mineral-based makeup. There are testers for you to play with and your therapist will have recommended products for home use to ensure effectiveness of the service / treatment.
